Customised Training

Network offers customised training to OOSH services across a wide range of topics.

Customised training is the best option to meet your service’s specific professional development needs and where centres may have a larger number of staff who need to attend. Customised training provides beneficial professional development for all staff so that your service is up to date with new developments, regulation and policy changes, skills and industry practices.

Any of Network’s professional development programs can be customised to meet the specific needs of a service.  Specific skills gaps can be addressed and centre examples / scenarios can be incorporated into the desired program.

All of Network’s trainers and assessors have current and relevant OOSH work experience and qualifications.

Customised training can be offered using flexible delivery options including weeknight sessions and modifying existing programs to be facilitated over a number of sessions, via webinars or face to face.  Both accredited and non accredited training can be utilised for customised training.

Customised training can be:

• Offered for all levels of management and staff at your service
• Provided for parent information sessions
• Delivered to your service, network, regional group or local forum
• Scheduled during the daytime, evening or Saturday to meet your group’s needs.

Customised training is not funded and is quoted on a cost recovery model.  Acceptance of a customised training quote in writing and payment of 50% of the quote must both be completed before any customised training event takes place.
