Happy Relationships Series: putting relationships centre-stage
Creating positive connections is crucial for OOSH success. Investing time and effort in relationships fosters a sense of belonging. Relationships are essential for successful OOSH programs and should not be underestimated. When educators feel good about their relationships, they are more likely to feel positive to their work.
Strong relationships are key to OOSH.

Any of Network’s professional development programs can be customised to meet the specific needs of a service. Specific skills gaps can be addressed and centre examples / scenarios can be incorporated into the desired program.
