Customised training is the best option to meet your service’s specific professional development needs and where centres may have a larger number of staff who need to attend. Customised training provides beneficial professional development for all staff so that your service is up to date with new developments, regulation and policy changes, skills and industry practices.
Any of Network’s professional development programs can be customised to meet the specific needs of a service. Specific skills gaps can be addressed and centre examples / scenarios can be incorporated into the desired program.
