A guided conversation facilitated by Associate Professor Jennifer Cartmel for leaders in OSHC services about how to transform staff teams’ approach to using reflective practice. Jennifer will highlight how to embed guided reflective conversations into regular staff meetings. She will discuss a four step process using overarching questions to help the staff think more deeply about what they do, and how to build staff capacity, knowledge and skills for using reflective practice.
