Learn self assessment techniques and how to effectively evaluate your OOSH programme. Discover the power of reflective practice and how it can drive continuous improvement identifying strengths and weaknesses.
This Self Assessment tool has been developed to support authentic discussions and reflections and there is much to consider, discuss and reflect on when trying to capture this information into the S.A Tool. This session is full of practical tips and tricks to help service do this.
