Without question your assessment & rating visit can be a nerve racking experience however, not if you prepare well.
This session takes a deep dive into the NSW Department of Education self assessment tool and how it can assist your service at A&R time. Learn self assessment techniques and how to effectively evaluate your OOSH programme. Discover the power of reflective practice and how it can drive continuous improvement identifying strengths and weaknesses.
This Self Assessment tool has been developed to support authentic discussions and reflections and there is much to consider, discuss and reflect on when trying to capture this information into the S.A Tool. This session is full of practical tips and tricks to help service do this.
