Aiming for Exceeding!
Every services wants to achieve the very best for their children and communities. We know the important work that is happening in our OOSH community and we strongly believe there are more “Exceeding” services out there! We want to assist services to get the true rating they deserve by providing as much information as possible on the exceeding themes.
Come to this thought provoking session unpacking the Exceeding themes.
Take new learnings away to RE-invent , RE-imagine and make them your own! We believe every OOSH should be Exceeding and with the right information and support this could be you!
In this presentation, Louise will unpack the steps services may consider as they explore Exceeding, look at Exceeding OSHC examples and share how to empower educators to showcase their service during an Assessment and Rating visit.
Louise Bolton
Louise manages the ACECQA team responsible for the training, testing and resourcing of Authorised Officers across Australia.
Louise brings over 20 years of OSHC experience from various roles including as an educator, 2IC, Director and Operations Manager. A familiar face at Network, Louise previously supported services as our Support and Resource Project Officer.
Louise has been an OSHC Validator with the National Childcare Accreditation Council and as an Authorised Officer with the NSW Department of Education and has significant firsthand knowledge of assessment and rating, monitoring and compliance.
