Educational Leader – Advanced
Take your Ed Leader role to the next level!
Educational Leadership in Out of School Hours is associated with fostering an environment where children thrive and are able achieve their full potential and where Educators are supported, motivated and can professionally develop.
An effective Ed Leader in Out of School Hours has the capacity to motivate others and is able to communicate a vision. Throughout this course, you’ll be encouraged to identify and critically analyse your own personal or professional goals so that you can begin to build on and develop your educational leadership skill set and style.
You’ll discover the tools to become a more confident leader, to lead with confidence, overcome challenges, and make a difference.
