Behaviour Management
Facilitated by an accredited psychologist. A session to guide Educators understanding of the background and function of common behaviour issues in children. Children are dealing with deprivation of friends, sport, extended families and school and it’s tough – are they acting out? Is your service experiencing behaviours of concern? Learn some practical examples and strategies for OOSH that will be unpacked and adapted across many different environments. Steve has extensive experience working with children and families in his private practice and has formed a partnership with Network – this session is not to be missed! De-escalation and debrief strategies that are covered in the previous accidental counsellor training will also be revisited.
