Active Supervision

The dynamics of supervision can be extremely complex and delivering effective supervision is a skill which requires a team.
Has your service got it right? Do you have the necessary documentation should things go wrong?
There are many different ways to supervise children and the method you choose will depend on play, age and the ability of the children and the service environment.
Developing active and effective supervision skills and hazard identification capabilities is paramount to the safety of children attending OOSH. Supervision skills are essential for both new and existing Educators. Come and learn the necessary skills in this hands on face to face training session.
