Eastwood Heights OOSH Team

Polly brings nearly two decades of experience in the OOSH sector and currently serves as the director of Eastwood Heights OOSH. Committed to providing ample time and space for children to be themselves, she has implemented a playwork approach at the service, which emphasises understanding and valuing the world through a child’s lens.

 

Sam, the educational leader at Eastwood Heights OOSH has experience in the OOSH sector from both Australia and New Zealand. He has been a member of the EHOOSH team for nearly 3 years and during his time, has been instrumental in developing strong relationships between staff through mentorship and guidance.

Mel has worked at the service for over 15 years and is currently the Kindergarten Team Leader. She is invested in demonstrating how our play work approach can be used to assist younger children transition seamlessly through primary school.

Reuben has been an integral member of the Eastwood Heights OOSH team for over 6 years, demonstrating how Play Work can be used for the benefit of older children. He prioritises the child’s perspective and advocates for their voices to be heard as equal to adults.
