AlburyCity is seeking a passionate and experienced OOSH Service Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced OSHC professional who is passionate about child safety, quality education, and building a positive team culture while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance.

About the Role

As the OOSH Service Coordinator, you will lead and support a dedicated team of educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs for children aged 5–12 years. You’ll oversee all aspects of service operations, including educational programming, compliance, staff leadership, administration and family engagement, while ensuring a safe, welcoming and enriching environment for every child.

This full-time position is based on a 35-hour week and includes the benefit of a nine-day fortnight, offering greater flexibility and work-life balance.
