What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead engaging, child-focused educational programs aligned with My Time, Our Place.
• Facilitate reflective practice and identify professional development needs.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the broader school community.
• Contribute to the service’s strategic direction and uphold NQF compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• OSHC experience (essential)
• A passion for mentoring and leading team
• Strong knowledge of My Time, Our Place
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• WWCC (required)

Formal qualifications are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
