MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT OFFICER
This role is the lead point of contact providing support to a diverse range of Out of School Hour providers and Educators providing Out of School Hours Care to their communities. Each day will be different in this role as you bring your interpersonal skills to nurture our committed group of members to be their best.
This is a support role in the true sense of the word, intended to strengthen Out of School Hours and build capacity among Educators and our member organisations. You will have direct engagement with Educators and Providers, have a hands-on role in growing Network members and support the delivery of member services and projects. You will be instrumental in growing and cultivating our membership base, overseeing membership administration, and support. You will be responsible for improving our digital footprint creating compelling and creative content for our Network members.
This is an interesting and varied role that acts as a first ‘point of contact’ for our members. The role also involves other project work such as overseeing member events and improving and growing membership processes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a good understanding of the Out of School Hours sector who are keen to join our small and friendly staff team.
We are looking for someone who thrives from helping people; a motivated problem-solver who can bring ideas and processes to balance the needs of individuals alongside group projects. You are a ‘people person’ with great ability to build relationships and empathy for people working in Out of School Hours Care.. You are organised with the capacity to juggle concurrent deadlines and plan into the future.
The ideal candidate has great communication skills and demonstrable experience with administrative and database systems. Experience in the Education and Care Sector (preferably Out of School Care) communications, project management will be viewed favourably.
