Kids Club OSHC would like to offer you:

  • 4 weeks annual leave
  • Part Time (37.5 hours a week, negotiated)
  • Designated Administration Time
  • Split Shift (7am-9:00am & 1:00pm-6:30pm)
  • Full shifts in Vacation Care (7:00pm-6:00pm)
  • Wage range $37.99-$40.00 p/h (depending on experience)

As the Centre Director, you will be driving the educational program, recruiting and mentoring your team and ensuring the highest quality of communication with parents and all Kids Club family members.

You will work closely with the leadership team to create a high-quality centre by fostering a sense of belonging for children and their families and keeping families connected and a part of their child’s development and learning.

Kids Club OSHC desired criteria:

  • Experience managing an OSHC service (2IC wanting the next step in their careers welcomed)
  • Business performance experience i.e. KPI’s, Budgets.
  • Knowledge on the MTOP, NQS and Exceeding Themes.
  • A clear understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
  • Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
  • An adaptable leadership style
  • Be committed to ongoing forms of team engagement to create a fantastic work culture.
  • An expert at guiding, mentoring and inspiring team members.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Be willing to build and maintain partnerships with families and school communities.
  • Diploma in Early Education
  • Working with Children Check and First Aid
  • In-depth understanding of the Child Protection process
