As a Digital Learning Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support our professional development programme by revolutionising the digital learning experiences available to our mmembers and sector. Together, we will unlock their full potential and empower them to achieve new heights of success!
Here’s what you’ll be doing in this crucial role:
- Enhancing Digital Learning: You will play a pivotal role in improving the digital learning experiences available to our OOSH Educators. By identifying gaps, researching isector trends, and collaborating with subject matter experts, you will shape the future of learning within our community Your expertise will ensure that our mmembership will have access to cutting-edge, engaging, and relevant digital learning resources.
- Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS): As the guardian of our Learning Management System, you will be responsible for its development, maintenance, and promotion. You will ensure that our LMS remains the go-to hub for all learning activities, maximising its potential to support staff growth and development.
- Curating Digital Learning Content: You will collaborate closely with our small team on subject matter, and stakeholders to develop high-quality digital learning content. By utilising your exceptional instructional design skills, you will transform complex concepts into engaging and interactive learning experiences. Your creative flair will captivate learners, ensuring they acquire new skills and knowledge in a fun and meaningful way.
- Developing Digital Literacy Training: As part of your role, you will design and deliver digital literacy training programs.
