Mental Health is a serious subject. Nearly two-thirds of people say that they have experienced mental ill-health. This course will also provide simple tools, tips, and ideas for day-to-day wellbeing management (for yourself and others).

In this short four hour, face-to-face session participants will gain a deeper understanding of mental health and build their knowledge to give appropriate initial support to someone experiencing a mental health problem.

Participants learn to recognise and respond to mental health concerns and crises.
