What is Network Doing to Save OOSH?

Network is working to retain the strong and diverse providers of OOSH in NSW from a policy-change that will result in closure of parent-managed and NFP OOSH Services.

It’s not too late, we can reverse the decision to put parent-managed and NFP OOSHs out to tender.

Over 10,000 people have already signed the petition to reverse this policy, showing that there is a groundswell of support to save parent-managed OOSH in NSW. Over 100 parents and concerned OOSH providers have emailed the Minister. We need more.

There is still a lot to do, and we need your help. See here to learn what you can do to Save OOSH.

Network is also aware that OOSHs and parents are looking into the possibility of establishing P&C-operated OOSHs – preparing for the worst in case the decision is not overturned. Read more here to learn how Network is preparing to ease the complex and expensive transition of those Services to the P&C model.
