Senior OOSH Coordinator | AlburyCity
Senior OOSH Coordinator
This role will manage and offer support and direction to Service Coordinators across AlburyCity OOSH programs.
- Become part of a supportive, skilled and child focused leadership
- Working 35 hour work week
- 9 day fortnight
- Flexible work arrangements
- $87,825 to $96,608 pa + 11% employer contributions to superannuation
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field or relevant equivalent experience
- Experience within an Out of School Hours program
- Demonstrated experience leading a team in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the OOSH Service Coordinators, including effective performance management, employee development, motivation and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Early Childhood Education and Care National Law and Regulations across all Out of School Hours (OOSH) programs.
- As required, enact the duties of a Responsible Person/Nominated Supervisor at any of the OOSH programs.
- Assist with the recruitment of OOSH staff and provide support with the orientation process.
- Support Educational Leaders in each OOSH program to ensure the approved Educational Framework is implemented.
- Coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities for OOSH staff across programs.
- Observe requirements of the WHS Legislation, relevant to the job and adhere to AlburyCity Policies and Procedures regarding WHS.
Hours
Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity’s RDO guidelines.
