The information provided to families or other users on statements has been substantially streamlined… However, there is one particular addition that service need to note, which is that services have to include the following information: –
Daily and weekly totals of the number of hours of care provided during the statement period, including:
- start and end times for each session of care
- the start and end times of the child’s physical attendance.
For services that have electronic sign in/out this should bee quite a straightforward task… Speak to your software provider to see what support they can provide.
