Description of Role

This role will help to deliver support and information to Educators working in Outside of School Hours Care.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to dip your toe into a career in OOSH outside of a Service, working in the not-for-profit Sector, and developing skills in membership support, growth, content development and problem-solving. This is a flexible opportunity that allows you to maintain your role in an OOSH Service, continue your studies, or do whatever it is that you love doing, all while helping others and developing your skills.

You will use knowledge developed in the role to produce a variety of resources to support OOSH Services and Educators in the provision of quality education and care. You will be exposed to complex compliance matters, both under the National Quality Framework and in management of OOSH as an organisation or business.

You will be passionate about supporting others and will uphold our rigorous standards to make sure our information is accurate, up to date and accessible.

You’ll be exposed to a variety of issues impacting the OOSH Sector and be on the forefront of shaping guidance for Educators and Management alike.
