Network has 20 new candidates commencing in the Cert IV and Diploma In OSHC this month and we are busy developing new processes to make the course even more relevant for existing OSHC educators. Generally the course takes 2 years and learners will be able to complete through a series of workplace projects and assessment plus a collation of evidence from their work in OSHC. Each learner will be assessed and a study plan developed to ensure you could independently move through the course at your own pace plus has encouragement and support along the way.
Hollie Thorne is our new Manager of Learning and Assessment and works Tuesday – Thursday each week. Hollie will be supported by a newly recruited team of assessors who are skilled OSHC professionals with current working knowledge of the sector. Brett Lyons has joined us as the new Manager of Quality and Compliance and he is charged with ensuring we meet the responsibilities around our compliance as Registered training Organisation (RTO).
If you are interested in getting a qualification while you work why not contact Hollie to discuss it? Hollie@networkofcommunityactivities.org.au
Our next intake will be August and applications are open now for that intake. Make term 3 the start of the next phase of your career in OSHC!
