Casual Educators | Out of School Hours Care

Listed 20/04/22

We are looking for 3 customer service oriented Educators to support our OSHC team at Winston Hills and West Pennant Hills and also Forestville and Dee Why OSHC, working casual hours.

Our Out-of-School-Hours Coordinators are the organisational gurus that make sure our OSHC services are safe, effective – and always fun. Acting as both facilitator and role-model to young students from over 60 NSW schools, they design and maintain inclusive, welcoming and engaging spaces through our Before School, After School and Vacation Care services. As a member of our OSHC family, you’ll be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of developing young minds, while drawing on your leadership experience to support and guide our team of OSHC Educators. You’ll also work closely with the children, and their parents and schools, to ensure they’re set up for growth and success.

This isn’t your typical 9-5 role (they don’t call it Out of School Hours for nothing) – and if you bring the dedication, focus and commitment, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of a career in education, where you can build a schedule that works for you. So if you’re excited by the opportunity of a promising career creating meaningful opportunities for young people who need them, you’ll almost certainly learn a thing or two yourself.
