All Providers will receive a letter– you’ll need to sign for it.
During April, CCB providers will receive a letter from the Department explaining what they need to do to transition all of their services to CCS. The letter contains important information needed to access the online transition form.
It’s important to note that this letter has been sent to providers, not services. The provider is the legal entity that owns or operates the childcare service.
If you don’t receive your letter, you need to call us.
If you are a provider and you do not receive your letter by the end of April 2018, you should immediately contact the CCMS Helpdesk on 1300 667 276.
Also, from APRIL – INDIVIDUALS WITH A PRODA LOGIN WILL BE ABLE TO LINK WITH THEIR SERVICE ACCOUNT.
And finally between APRIL & JUNE THERE WILL BE A MIGRATION OF EXISTING SERVICES DATA INTO THE NEW SYSTEM (more about this soon) During this time no new applications for CCB will be considered.
