Who are we looking for?

Surprise us! We have a flexible approach to recruitment and few hard limits in terms of requirements. Two years of experience in OOSH is highly desirable, and an enthusiasm for working with children and families is a must. Our Educational Leader will have a passion for planning and implementing new educational programs that aim to engage kids and keep them interested. Copy and paste experts need not apply.

This opportunity will suit someone who is an existing Educator at an OOSH who has found they have a knack for educational programming, or equally an experienced Educational Leader who is looking for a supportive team in a growing OOSH service.

We are looking for someone with unrivalled enthusiasm and dedication to primary-school-age play and learning, whose work will inspire everyone from children to leaders in the OOSH Sector. 

 

About the Role:

 

The Assistant Director will support the Director and the Management Committee to meet its obligations as an Approved Provider.

You will work closely with the Director and the team of Educators to ensure all aspects of service delivery maintain the highest standards.
