Growing up in Adelaide, Carly entered the workforce from school into the shipping industry where she completed her Cert II & 3 in Office Administration. She relocated to Sydney in 2006 where she continued to work in shipping until the birth of her two children. During that time, she completed her Cert IV in Small Business Management and combined her love of events & children to bring the internationally renowned family event ‘Big Fish Little Fish’ to Sydney, all the way from the UK.

Carly joined the Network team in the challenging year of 2020, taking on the role of Office Administrator, Accounts & Membership support. She has thoroughly enjoyed this learning curve and getting to know the ins and outs of the OOSH sector, as well as being the first point of contact for Network members.
