The Playwork Principles
These Principles provide the professional and ethical framework for educators and play workers to support each child’s right to play identified in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
They are based on the recognition that children and young people’s capacity for positive development will be enhanced if given access to the broadest range of environments and play opportunities.
